We offer our services of kindness and compassion.
Plot information:
- Non-paid plots, with or without burial insurance.
- Policy and procedures of the cost involved in retaining a plot, the family is provided the contact details for person (s) receiving the funds for the plot (s).
- A burial form will be filled out.
- The deadline for payment completion; before funeral services.
- The family will receive a copy of the form marked complete with a receipt.
- The chosen plot will be marked with a red ribbon.

- Plots can be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- A payment plan is an option; if you choose to make payments the plot must be paid in full within 18 months of purchase.
- All prepaid plots will be marked with a steppingstone with the ECA (EVERGREEN CEMETERY ASSOCIATION), and the last name of the family member etched on it.
- After burial the family can remove the steppingstone to have as a keepsake.

- Trees dividing Tract 1 and Tract 2 have been cleared.
- Hidden headstones were revealed in the middle section of the cemetery.
- Signage regarding illegal dumping was posted on the cemetery grounds.
- Culvert was replaced by the late County Commissioner Patricia Chilsom-Miller.
- The ditch was cleaned out to eliminate rainwater overflow onto the cemetery grounds.
- Plot markings to determine number of remaining future burials in Tract 1.
